After eighteen years in the corporate world, I realized that my favorite part of the job was not just fixing systems, but being the person my team and colleagues would turn to for career advice and support. That realization is exactly why I founded The CS Nook: to create a dedicated space for navigating professional paths and finding footing in challenging environments.
My roots are firmly planted in the Arcadia community. Whether I am serving on the PTA or the Downtown Arcadia Improvement Association executive board, I am driven by a commitment to building a stronger, more connected environment for everyone. In 2025, I was honored to receive the Local Hero Award from Downtown Arcadia.
I am a builder by nature, with a career defined by leading cross-functional departments and navigating the tech world to create order out of chaos. Being named a 2025 Top 100 Customer Success Strategist reflects my expertise in architecting departments from the ground up and stabilizing revenue using industry-leading tools.
When I am not in the Nook, you can usually find me outdoors. I love hiking and traveling to find new perspectives. While I’m a big fan of camping, my kiddos are still waiting to be convinced! I also love video games and storytelling, and at home I’m often accompanied by my calico cat ZuZu.
